This Site is owned and operated by Fitz Sports.
This Site is an e-commerce website.

By using this Site, you confirm that you have read, understood,
and agree to be bound by these Terms at all times.

of Fitz Sports and its creators. This includes, but is not limited to,
images, text, logos, documents, downloadable files, and anything that
contributes to the composition of our Site.

You agree to use this Site for lawful purposes only.

  • The Site and its contents are intended for personal, non-commercial use
  • You must not violate the rights of Fitz Sports or any third party
  • Without prior written consent, you must not copy, reproduce, modify,
    distribute, publish, imitate, commercially exploit, or deep-link into this Site

Fitz Sports reserves the right to change pricing at any time without notice.
Sale pricing is final. Additional discounts (including promotion codes or member pricing)
cannot be applied to sale items unless otherwise stated.

Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password,
and for all activities conducted under your account.

If you believe there has been a security breach or unauthorised use of your account,
please notify Fitz Sports immediately. Fitz Sports is not liable for losses resulting
from failure to safeguard your login details.

Sale of Goods

The following goods are available on our Site:

  • Custom teamwear and accessories

These Terms apply to all goods listed on the Site, including products not currently in stock.
Product descriptions, photographs, and information are provided as accurately as possible;
however, variations may occur.

Fitz Sports reserves the right to modify, reject, or cancel orders where necessary.
If payment has been processed for a cancelled order, a full refund will be issued.

Payments

We accept the following payment methods:

  • Credit Card (via Stripe)
  • PayPal

By providing payment information, you authorise Fitz Sports to charge the amount due.
We reserve the right to cancel or reverse transactions suspected of fraud or unlawful activity.

Shipping and Delivery

Orders are delivered via Australia Post. Tracking details will be provided where available.

Delivery timeframes commence from dispatch, not from the order date.

  • Standard Post: Approximately 3–10 business days
  • Express Post: Approximately 1–5 business days

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to circumstances outside our control.
Delivery times do not include weekends or public holidays.

Shipping charges will be applied at checkout where applicable.

Customers must provide accurate delivery information. Fitz Sports is not responsible for
delivery issues arising from incorrect or incomplete details.

Refunds

Refund requests must be made within 30 days of receiving your goods.

Refunds may be considered where:

  • The item is faulty
  • The item does not match its description
  • An incorrect size or item was supplied due to Fitz Sports’ error

Refunds are not available for:

  • Sale items
  • Under garments
  • Custom-made products once production has commenced

Returns

Returns or exchanges may be accepted if:

  • Proof of purchase is provided
  • Items are unworn, unused, and with tags attached
  • Items are returned within 30 days
  • Items are not custom-made

Return postage costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the item is faulty.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify Fitz Sports against any losses, damages, or costs arising from
your breach of these Terms.

Dispute Resolution

Where disputes cannot be resolved through informal discussions, both parties agree to
seek resolution through arbitration or mediation where appropriate under Australian law.

Amendments

Fitz Sports reserves the right to revise these Terms at any time.
Continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of any updates.
