SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Orders are shipped via third-party delivery providers selected at the discretion of Fitz Sports.
Carrier selection is based on service suitability, efficiency, and delivery requirements.

Tracking details will be provided where available.

Delivery timeframes commence from dispatch, not from the order date.

  • Standard Delivery: Approximately 3–10 business days
  • Express Delivery: Approximately 1–5 business days

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to circumstances outside the control of Fitz Sports,
including carrier delays or unforeseen logistical disruptions.
Delivery timeframes do not include weekends or public holidays.

Shipping charges will be applied at checkout where applicable.

Customers must provide complete and accurate delivery details.
Fitz Sports is not responsible for delivery issues resulting from incorrect or incomplete information supplied by the customer.

REFUNDS

Refund requests must be made within 30 days of receiving your goods.

Refunds may be offered where:

  • The item is faulty
  • The item is significantly different from its description
  • An incorrect item or size was supplied due to a Fitz Sports error

Refunds are not available for:

  • Sale items
  • Under garments
  • Custom-made products once production has commenced
  • Change-of-mind purchases (unless approved at our discretion)

RETURNS

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact Fitz Sports via our Contact Us page
or email customerservice@fitzsports.com.au.

Returns or exchanges may be accepted provided:

  • Proof of purchase is supplied
  • Items are unworn, unused, and with all tags attached
  • Items are returned within 30 days of purchase
  • Items are not custom-made (including sublimated, embroidered, or printed products)

Return postage costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the item is faulty
or incorrectly supplied.
